Thanks for the update. We used the Chrome Developer tools which gives a timeline of how long it takes resources to load on the page which identified some issues with files downloading from LADESK.
We have actually seen a massive improvement in performance following a reboot of our firewall server, as we had seen performance decrease mainly from our office, external connections to the internet did not have these issues.
