Over the last few weeks we have had issues with Flapps, at times it has become unusable.
We are constantly seeing when trying to save (record time, holiday and expense requests etc) the system hangs and we get a page cannot be displayed message, this is intermittent, as sometimes when the page refreshes after clicking a link or button, the page returned has lost its formatting.

Hi Garry, please let me know which internet browsers and version are you using? We will be releasing an update probably tomorrow or Thursday, in addition to few feature updates it will improve the performance and speed. But still, it would help us to know which browsers are you using guys. Thanks.

Hi Paul, IE 10 and latest versions of Chrome have all had the same issues. We have noticed that we tend to get a lot of latency from flapps.ladesk.com

Thanks for the info. I'll have it checked, if ladesk is causing problems, we will temporarily disable it until they sort it out. It is independent live support service that Flapps is using.

we contacted LADESK and they admitted to having some technical issues last week. Please let me know if there still is the problem with the slow page loading. Did you use some tool to see ladesk latency? If you could send me the screenshot. Thanks, we'll sort it out.

Thanks for the update. We used the Chrome Developer tools which gives a timeline of how long it takes resources to load on the page which identified some issues with files downloading from LADESK.

We have actually seen a massive improvement in performance following a reboot of our firewall server, as we had seen performance decrease mainly from our office, external connections to the internet did not have these issues.
