Time Off Report

The Time Off Report is a great tool for creating a detailed excel sheet that you can tailor to meet your requirements. It has several options that allow you to search for one employee, several employees or even the whole company.

  • Period: search for a specific date range using the custom option. Alternatively you can select from several other time periods including yesterday, current week or previous month.
  • Range: select from various employee options including one employee, my team members or whole company.
  • Absence Type: select from several options including vacation, sickness or personal day.
  • Absence Status: select from several options including pending, approved or closed.

When you are happy with the search parameters you have set just click on the create report button and an excel sheet will be generated and downloaded to your computer.
